Refund policy
How do I return an item purchased on Ekaa Candles?
We offer an Easy return policy: you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted; you may initiate a return request for one or all products in your order . To do so, call our customer care number (+91)-9336626987 or email us at candlesekaa@gmail.com with your Order ID, including photographs of the product for reference . We will arrange pickup within 2–4 business days and process the refund or replacement once the returned product is received unused and undamaged .
Conditions for Non‑Returnable Items :
- Product is used or altered.
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging (price tags, labels, original packing, freebies or accessories) or if original packaging is damaged.
- Serial number or lot/batch number is tampered with.
- Return request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
Categories not eligible for returns: Products classified as personal care (e.g., perfumes, body mists, body lotion, body wash, body oils, massage oils, soaps, etc.) are not eligible for returns .
Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product in damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery person. If any product received is damaged or defective, contact us at (+91)-9336626987 or candlesekaa@gmail.com with your Order ID and include a photograph/video for reference. A full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability) will be issued at no additional cost .
Partial returns: Yes, you may return one or more items from a multi‑item order. However, each item must be returned with all its components, accessories and any complimentary products included .
Refund processing: Refunds (for returns/replacements) are processed once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse .
