Shipping policy

Shipping days: We ship orders throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays .

Shipping partners: Orders are shipped via reputed courier services. If there is no courier service available in your area, we may ship your items via government‑registered services (e.g., SpeedPost) .

Shipping charges: A single shipping rate is charged per order, regardless of the number of items in that order .  Our product prices are all‑inclusive; taxes are included, except for any regional levies such as Octroi, which may apply to specific locations.  If you wish to modify shipping charges (e.g., free shipping above a threshold), please specify.

Dispatch and delivery timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 5-6 working days from the date of dispatch .  The delivery timeline may vary depending on location.  If your order is not received within the stipulated timeframe, please contact us at ekaacandles@gmail.com or call (+91)-9336626987 .

Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the Waybill/Tracking Number. You can track your order on the courier’s website by entering the tracking number in the designated field .  Please specify if you have a preferred logistics partner or tracking site.
